You shouldn't have to choose between a long wait and a big bill.
Free — but you wait
Excellent and free, but waits can reach 18 weeks and the choice of models is limited.
Great care — at a price
Expert fitting and aftercare, but £2,000–£3,000 a pair puts it out of reach for many.
Loud, not clear
Under £100, but they simply make everything louder — they aren't proper hearing aids.
We sit in the middle: proper digital hearing aids, sold direct, at a price that makes sense.

Our price covers the devices and app support, delivered. It doesn't include in-person clinic fitting — which is part of why it costs less. If you'd value face-to-face care, a high-street provider may suit you better.

Good to know
Are these real hearing aids?
Yes. They're UKCA/CE-certified hearing aids designed for mild-to-moderate hearing loss — not sound amplifiers. They process sound to help you hear speech more clearly, not just turn the volume up.
Do I need an appointment or a hearing test?
No. They're self-fit and ready to use out of the box. If you haven't had your hearing checked recently, your GP can arrange a free NHS hearing test — it's always worth knowing where your hearing stands.
How do I choose the right model?
Choose based on the features that suit your life — whether you want app control and Bluetooth streaming, how long you need the battery to last, and how discreet you'd like them. All three are for mild-to-moderate hearing loss.
Will they help my hearing loss?
They're designed for mild-to-moderate hearing loss, which covers most people. If your hearing loss is more significant, we'd genuinely recommend seeing an audiologist for a fitted device.
What if they're not right for me?

How do you compare to the NHS or Boots?
NHS hearing aids are free, but waits can be long and the choice of models limited. High-street private pairs typically cost a good deal more. We sit in between — proper digital aids, delivered direct, at a lower price.
Hear clearly again — from £229 a pair.
